The Force Cheerleaders have been supporting our football players since the beginning of the organization. As a ministry, we follow the Force Mission Statement, and provide Christian fellowship and devotionals. We are made up of homeschooled or private schooled girls.
Force Mission Statement: The Georgia Force High School football program is committed, through the sport of football, to encourage, lead, teach and develop young men and women to be Godly leaders within the community based on Christian principles.
Beginning in February, the girls can begin weekly training and conditioning, with an instructor. They continue working through spring practice in April. In August, they begin 3-4 days of practice until the season ends in November. Additionally, the girls attend a Stunt Clinic to teach the safety of building a stunt, and Cheer Camp to learn their half-time routine. Their hard work is obvious as they cheer, during their half-time routine and as leaders off the field.
While this is a commitment of their time, the girls have learned discipline and almost 100 cheers! As sisters in Christ, they truly enjoy encouraging each other through learning new cheers, dances and life experiences.
Girls are eligible beginning at age 12 through high school graduation. No prior cheering experience is required.
